I’m joining Parul at Happiness and Food for her bi-monthly Thursday Tree Love. We are a bit spoiled for choice in Kingston at the moment with plenty of blossom everywhere, but also the buds of this years growth starting to push through. Here are a few I have captured over the last week or so.

Oh wow. Amazing.

It’s fucking snowing in Germany. Thank god I’m not there to see it now.

The weather here is milder, but always carries the chance of another cold snap, but not like Berlin!

I’m in Munich. At least we have more sunnier days than in Berlin.

I love flowering trees! Does England have crepe myrtles as well as magnolias?

No nothing as exotic as that . Just Magnolia and Cherry blossom mostly, some early forsythia as well.

For someone who grew up in northern New England, magnolias are plenty exotic!

Yes, they are so beautiful, and many different varieties!

So gorgeous these pink flowers are, Gavin! We have the pink Cassia blooms in our part of the world at this time but they only stay for a week or two before they are gone. These blooms are again back in Sept/Oct as well, so we do love to have them back once again to light up our streets and spread some cheer to the residents. 🙂
