Around the World – Brighton

This challenge is made by Véro from Uprooted Wanderers and appeals to me as you can pretty much choose anything, as long as it means something to you.

I thought about this a lot, but decided on something close to home.  These were some shots I took n Brighton on what I can  only describe as a surreal and magical night,  the colours of the sky looked like they had been painted for a Walt Disney Animated Movie, sand with the pier and surrounding seafront all lit up it made some great colour and shadows.

A beautiful night.  Now to plan for next week!

  1. Beautiful!! My one experience of Brighton was just after we’d arrived from NZ and were staying with friends in Redhill. A day at Brighton seemed like a nice change from job and flat-hunting. It was so not what we were expecting (think NZ beaches) and we hated every minute. Oddly, we did end up loving the English seaside, but never went back to Brighton 🤔
