It was a country still run by crime and guns. Tourism was not that strong. I have to say I feel privileged to have been there.

It’s amazing how the root system is taking over the ruins.

They were hidden in the forest for hundreds of years. The trees have become part of the buildings. It was just so amazing and beautiful.
